3ie is seeking a senior program manager to oversee 3ie's West Africa Capacity Building and Impact Evaluation Program (WACIE) and support other capacity building, stakeholder engagement and new business activities across the organisation. WACIE is a multi-year regional initiative that aims at promoting the institutionalization of evaluation in government systems across eight francophone West African countries.
