The teams selected for this will be encouraged to use the proposal preparation process to explore opportunities for rigorous and policy-relevant impact evaluation of transparency and accountability in governance of natural resources projects, programmes, initiatives and policies. Coming soon: 3ie’s Philippines Policy Window will be issuing Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) for proposal preparation grants for the impact evaluations of two programmes undertaken by the Government of the Philippines – one related to infrastructure and the other, an initiative on peace and development.
The infrastructure programme is implemented by the National Economic and Development Authority through the Public-Private Partnership Center (PPP). The peace and development programme is part of the Payapa at Masaganang Pamayanan Program (PAMANA) implemented by the Office of the Presidential Advisor on the Peace Process.

This call for proposals is being undertaken in collaboration with the Philippines National Economic and Development Agency and support from the Australian government.
The US Borlaug Fellows in Global Food Security graduate research grant supports exceptional graduate students who are interested in developing a component of their graduate research in a developing country setting and in collaboration with a mentor from an International Agricultural Research Center (IARC) or a qualifying National Agricultural Research System (NARS) unit.

The US Department of Labor, Bureau of International Labor Affairs invited notice of intent for impact evaluations to address key evidence gaps regarding interventions to combat child labor and forced labor through randomized control trial (RCT) that leverage partnerships with implementing agencies to build upon existing or planned interventions and/or impact evaluations.
