Evidence gap map and systematic review consultant, 3ie New Delhi
3ie New Delhi office seeks to hire a consultant for a project which will be run in partnership with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and the Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India. This project aims to generate evidence and strengthen capacity of the National Rural Livelihoods Mission (NRLM) for programme monitoring and impact evaluation in India. The project will synthesise available evidence on the effectiveness and efficiency of NRLM and assess the quality and robustness of the monitoring and information systems. The consultant will assist 3ie's Evaluation Office and the Synthesis and Reviews Office to develop an evidence gap map and a systematic review of the evidence that exists on livelihoods programmes in India. Research Assistant, 3ie Synthesis and Reviews Office, London
A full time research assistant is required to support the London office of the International Initiative for Impact Evaluation (3ie) which is hosted by the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (LSHTM). 3ie’s synthesis and reviews office is located in the London International Development Centre at LSHTM. The successful candidate will be employed by LSHTM, but will report to and be considered full-time staff of the 3ie office.
Communication officer - online, 3ie New Delhi
3ie is looking for a dynamic and experienced communication officer to ensure that our online communication and social media engagement is effective, growing and well-integrated with all other 3ie communication channels and activities.

3ie-ICIMOD Impact Evaluation Specialist, Nepal
3ie and ICIMOD will jointly recruit and manage a full-time (40hours per week) consultant evaluation specialist (CES) to oversee implementation of the NPI on a day-to-day basis, backed by technical support from 3ie’s Evaluation Office in New Delhi, India. The consultant will provide training and technical guidance in planning, commissioning and managing formative (pre-impact) and impact evaluations that are impartial and credible; meet the guidelines and design and methodological standards set by 3ie, ICIMOD and the NPC, in line with established evaluation frameworks, policies and procedures. The position will be responsible overall to the head of evaluation at 3ie and will report on day-to-day activities to the evaluation specialist (to be named) at 3ie and to the head of Strategic Planning Monitoring and Evaluation (SPM&E) at ICIMOD. Policy and evidence uptake officer, 3ie New Delhi
3ie seeks a Policy and evidence uptake officer to serve in Delhi, India. As a member of the Policy, Advocacy and Communication team the officer should ensure that 3ie’s funded evaluations and reviews are policy relevant and that researchers engage with stakeholders to promote study uptake and use. The officer should also ensure that 3ie promotes evidence uptake into policy and programming effectively through high-quality research and reporting on the impact of 3ie grants and on 3ie’s contribution to the knowledge base on research communication and evidence uptake into policy and programming.

Intern, research and program assistance, 3ie Washington DC
3ie is seeking an intern to provide research and program assistance to our Impact Evaluation Services (IES) and HIV teams at the 3ie Washington office (WO). The WO intern will serve as a research and program assistant to the WO HIV and IES staff. He/she will also occasionally assist other WO staff. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until the position is filled.
