Finance Manager, New Delhi

3ie seeks a Finance Manager to serve in its New Delhi office. The Finance Manager will be responsible for the overall functioning of the finance section under the direction of the Deputy Director, Finance and Administration. The successful candidate will assist in implementing and formulating financial policies and long-term financial strategies, among other tasks.

Applicants must have a master’s degree in Commerce or an MBA in Finance. Qualified Chartered Accountants may also apply for this position. They must have at least eight years of experience with three to four years of relevant experience in supervising finance teams. Human Resource and Administration Manager, New Delhi

3ie is looking for a Human Resource and Administration Manager to serve in its New Delhi office. The successful candidate will formulate, interpret and implement human resource policies and procedures and ensure compliance with local labour laws as well as monitor compliance with procurement and administrative policies, among several other responsibilities.

Applicants must have a master’s degree in Human Resources or an equivalent professional qualification. They must have at least eight years of relevant work experience in managing administrative and human resource functions. Information and Technology Infrastructure Officer, New Delhi

3ie seeks an Information and Technology (IT) Infrastructure Officer who will supervise, assist and guide in setting up the IT infrastructure from scratch at 3ie, including the data centre, physical and virtual servers, wireless and LAN/WAN connections and all telecommunication equipment. The successful candidate will also monitor the IT infrastructure and perform preventative maintenance work, among other responsibilities.

Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant information and technology field. Suitable candidates with a master’s degree will be given preference. The applicant should have at least six years of experience in handling IT infrastructure, shared services and data centre management including data and voice communications. Evaluation Specialist, Humanitarian Assistance, New Delhi

3ie seeks an Evaluation Specialist to serve in its New Delhi office. The Evaluation Specialist will provide high-level technical expertise and management support for studies funded under its Humanitarian Assistance Thematic Window and other 3ie grant programmes, among several other tasks.

Applicants must have a graduate degree (preferably PhD) in economics, public health, agronomy, nutrition, or other relevant fields in international development. They must have prior research experience in experimental and quasi-experimental methods of impact evaluation.

Applications received by 1 August 2014 will be given priority. Applications received after this date will be reviewed on a rolling basis until the position is filled.

Senior Evaluation Specialist, Washington, DC

3ie seeks a Senior Evaluation Specialist to serve in its Washington, DC office. The Senior Evaluation Specialist will provide technical and management support across 3ie’s impact evaluation services, which includes the 3ie replication programme and professional services programme. The successful candidate will also lead the development of 3ie programmes in peacebuilding, democracy and governance, among other tasks.

Applicants must have a doctoral degree or equivalent competency in political science, economics or other relevant social science fields.
