Staff Assistant, New Delhi
3ie seeks a Staff Assistant to serve in its New Delhi Office. The Staff Assistant will be responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to the Deputy Executive Director and Head of Evaluation. The Staff Assistant will maintain databases and contact lists of key internal and external stakeholders, help prepare monitoring reports, correspond on behalf of the Head of Evaluation, among several other tasks. Applicants must have a graduate degree in any field and five years of work experience in an administrative or support position. This job is only open to Indian nationals who are based in India.

Intern, New Delhi
3ie is hiring an intern to serve in its New Delhi Office to provide assistance in research for a desk-based review on community-driven development. The intern will be responsible for undertaking literature review, summarising information from impact evaluations, programme documents and other literature, and analysing data, among other tasks.
Applicants should have an undergraduate degree in economics, development studies or any other social science. A postgraduate degree in the social sciences or one year of work experience in international development is desirable.

Evaluation Specialist, Humanitarian Assistance, New Delhi
3ie seeks an Evaluation Specialist to serve in its New Delhi office. The Evaluation Specialist will provide high-level technical expertise and management support for studies funded under its Humanitarian Assistance Thematic Window and other 3ie grant programmes, among several other tasks.
Applicants must have a graduate degree (preferably PhD) in economics, public health, agronomy, nutrition, or other relevant fields in international development. They must have prior research experience in experimental and quasi-experimental methods of impact evaluation.
Applications received by 1 August 2014 will be given priority. Applications received after this date will be reviewed on a rolling basis until the position is filled.
