Administration and Travel Manager, New Delhi

3ie seeks an Administration and Travel Manager to serve in its New Delhi office. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall working of the administration and travel section and will supervise the Receptionist, Hospitality and Office Assistant, housekeeping contractor and travel agency, among several other tasks.

Applicants should have a Masters in Business Administration, Post Graduate Diploma in Management or Masters in Administration or equivalent qualification from a reputed institute. He or she should have at least 8-10 years of relevant experience in managing international ticketing, administration and should have prior experience in setting up office systems and procedures.

Research Assistant, New Delhi

3ie seeks a Research Assistant to work in its New Delhi office. The Research Assistant will be responsible for literature review and research including data cleaning and data analysis and will be involved in research activities undertaken by 3ie including working on in- house impact evaluations and contributing to working papers, among several other tasks.

Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree and one year of work experience or a master’s degree in economics, maths or a relevant social science field. Knowledge of statistical software and experience in document management and organising workshops and conferences is desirable. Staff Assistant, New Delhi

3ie seeks a Staff Assistant to serve in its New Delhi Office. The Staff Assistant will be responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to the Deputy Executive Director and Head of Evaluation. The Staff Assistant will maintain databases and contact lists of key internal and external stakeholders, help prepare monitoring reports, correspond on behalf of the Head of Evaluation, among several other tasks. Applicants must have a graduate degree in any field and five years of work experience in an administrative or support position. This job is only open to Indian nationals who are based in India.

Web Design and Development consultancy

3ie seeks a web design and development company that can build a simple, intuitive and interactive Q&A platform, similar to an e-learning framework. The Evidence Q&A platform will aim to answer all the important questions on a specific topic area in development and will allow users to navigate through several layers of information on a topic based on their evidence needs.

We request applications from registered companies or organisations that have previous experience in similar content management projects. Please read the terms of reference for a detailed overview of the eligibility criteria and, the system documentation and proposal requirements.

Evaluation Specialist, Humanitarian Assistance, New Delhi

3ie seeks an Evaluation Specialist to serve in its New Delhi office. The Evaluation Specialist will provide high-level technical expertise and management support for studies funded under its Humanitarian Assistance Thematic Window and other 3ie grant programmes, among several other tasks.

Applicants must have a graduate degree (preferably PhD) in economics, public health, agronomy, nutrition, or other relevant fields in international development. They must have prior research experience in experimental and quasi-experimental methods of impact evaluation.

Applications received by 1 August 2014 will be given priority. Applications received after this date will be reviewed on a rolling basis until the position is filled.
