Being affiliated with 3ie means you take seriously the adage "measure twice, build once."
3ie's members, associate members and affiliated experts are contributing positively to building the evidence base in international development. They encourage their institutions and others to base decisions on rigorous evidence, and make the evidence they generate publicly available.
Who can join 3ie, and how?
3ie Members
Our members are institutions which implement development programmes, with an annual expenditure of at least US$1 million on such programmes.
3ie Associate Members
Associate membership is open to institutions, which conduct impact evaluation studies.
Affiliated experts
3ie has no individual membership, but there is an opportunity to be included in the Expert Roster.
