Quality assessment

The systematic review has comprehensive search procedures and well-illustrated inclusion/exclusion criteria. In addition, the authors provided detailed context and extensive discussion of external validity and generalisability of findings. However, the review has some major limitations. Specifically, the authors rely on vote counting based on statistical significance, with some, but inconsistent consideration of the size of the effect.  The methods section also suggests selective reporting of results in that the authors focus on effective or promising interventions. Additionally, there does not appear to have been any independent screening of studies for inclusions and the review does not include a list of excluded studies
