3ie grants management system (GMS) is now live for submission of applications. Only the teams selected in Phase 1 of the programme are eligible to submit an impact evaluation proposal for phase 2.
Step-by-step guide to submitting your application:
  1. Please go to
  2. Login using the same credentials you have used to create and submit your phase 1 application. If you do not remember your login   credentials, please click on “forgot password” and follow the steps.
  3. Go to your respective TW13_<your proposal number>
  4. Click on the magnifier and update your proposal
  5. Submit your proposal before the deadline.
