Proposal preparation grants (PPGs) support developing country institutions to develop quality proposals with the technical assistance of international impact evaluation experts.

These experts may also be part of the evaluation team in the proposal, though not necessarily, and should be from a different country of origin than the institution applying for the grant. The funding will cover travel and related costs for the experts.

PPGs will be paid at a flat rate of US$5,000 and limited to one per institution.
Proposals can be sent anytime.
