3ie supports the production of quality impact evaluations by providing quality assurance services to other agencies contracting their own studies.  Agencies may choose the following services:
 

·         Management of impact evaluation: 3ie can be contracted to manage the design and implementation of a study or program of studies. Studies will be subject to the same management system and peer-review based quality procedures adopted for 3ie funded studies. Read more on fees and procedures.

 

·         Specific services:  3ie can provide specific services related to the management and peer review of studies being managed by an agency or a third party. 
 

Quality assurance is provided both by 3ie’s own in-house team of technical experts and by external experts contracted by 3ie. Where external experts are used, their written comments are mediated by 3ie to guarantee the quality of the quality assurance. Read more on fees and procedures.
