The thematic window is a window foreseen to be launched in 2010. Under this window, 3ie will make call for proposals focused on specific sectors, themes (which could be cross-sectoral) and/or programs. The objective is to stimulate a more demand-driven approach for impact evaluations, and to prioritize important knowledge gaps within certain developmental areas.
