The Global Evidence Commitment (GEC) is coming to Oslo on 11–12 November 2025 for its second annual convening, hosted by Norad and convened by 3ie. Building on the momentum from the inaugural meeting in 2024, this year’s event will bring together the world’s leading development institutions committed to embedding evidence into decision-making.

The 2025 Gender Conference, a pivotal gathering at the intersection of gender equality and sustainable development, will be held in Cape Town. It is co-organized by the CGIAR Gender Equality and Inclusion, International Water Management Institute (IWMI - Southern Africa), Western Cape Government and partners.
