India’s National Rural Livelihoods Mission (NRLM), including its enhanced phase under the National Rural Economic Transformation Project (NRETP), represents one of the largest government efforts globally to reduce rural poverty through women-led self-help groups (SHGs) and community institutions.

Join us for the official launch of 3ie’s new working paper, Mapping the evidence on learning-to-earning interventions in low- and middle-income countries: A framework proposal and scoping review . This is the first output of a global initiative by 3ie and FCDO that aims to strengthen the evidence base for technical and vocational education and training (TVET) policies and programs.
