Audrey's role as Deputy Director brings a key leadership role responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the organization's mission, values, and objectives. Audrey plays a crucial role in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, attracting and retaining top talent, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
As 3ie's Chief of Staff, Audrey provides the Executive Director with strategic support on forging strong partnerships, strategic innovation and communication, and on project management excellence. She manages 3ie's Research Fellows program, manages the International Development Coordinating group part of the Campbell Collaboration (IDCG) and supports the Editors of the Journal of Development Effectiveness (JDEFF). She collaborates with the Strategic Communication Office and supports the planning and organization of 3ie's evidence events. She also works closely with the HR department and supports 3ie's Board as their secretary.
Audrey has over 15 years of experience in project management, communications and business. She possesses experience in the field of using and promoting evidence. Prior to joining 3ie, she was working as a Senior Project Manager at the Campbell Collaboration based in Norway, and was managing internal communications, annual events and providing support to the Board and CEO. She was also a managing editor for several coordinating groups. Previously, she has worked as an Account Manager in the corporate world.
Audrey holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Lille, France and a Master's in Communication, Information and Public Relations from the Institute of Communication Sciences of the University of Grenoble, France. She also has a Master’s degree in teaching French.
