Brian Hutchinson specializes in economic evaluations of international development programs, including cost-economy, cost-effectiveness, and cost-benefit analyses. As a member of 3ie’s Cost Evidence Working Group, he designs and implements methods for collecting data on the costs of development programs. He is currently leading cost research for components of USAID activities.
