Consultant- Programme Manager, 3ie, Philippines

3ie is seeking a programme manager to support an ongoing evidence programme in the Philippines. The manager will be responsible for the day-to-day functioning of the programme in coordination with 3ie's evaluation office. Key responsibilities include participating in the steering group meetings, liaising with various government agencies, research partners, and other stakeholders in the Philippines. The manager will also lead communication activities, including events in the country and provide additional support on a variety of tasks as needed. This programme is supported by Australia's Department for Foreign Affairs and Trade, and in partnership with Philippines' National Economic Development Agency.
