Mansoor Ali Sait

Mansoor is responsible for administering the 3ie-funded grants for impact evaluations, formative evaluations, and professional services in addition to proposal preparations, business development, and other program management related tasks.

Prior to joining 3ie, Mansoor worked with the Global Development Network (GDN) – a public international organization – in different capacities at its headquarters in New Delhi for over 14 years. At GDN, he spent more than 10 years working on projects and grants management.

Mansoor holds an MBA with specialization in Finance and Human Resources from Sardar Patel College of Communications and Management, New Delhi and a BCom from Delhi University.
