KDIS-3ie-ADB-ADBI Conference on Impact Evaluation: Challenges and Promise for Human Capital Development in Asia
The KDIS-3ie-ADB-ADBI Conference on Impact Evaluation on 17 November 2020 aimed to share empirical research findings on impact evaluation of human capital development policies in Asia using evidence-based approaches and big data.
The objective of this conference was to share empirical research findings in the areas of impact evaluation of human capital development in Asia under the COVID-19 pandemic and impact evaluation using big data. Emmanuel Jimenez, former executive director of 3ie and a current 3ie Senior Research Fellow, provided opening remarks during the conference.
