3ie is looking for a Deputy Chief of Party (DCOP) for an anticipated USAID/India Health Learning activity. The purpose of the activity is to deploy timely and reliable organizational and programmatic monitoring and learning and generate effective learnings for the improvement of health for vulnerable populations for USAID India. In addition to providing technical leadership in monitoring, evaluation and learning, the DCOP will oversee the management of staff and consultants, work plans and other activity documents. The DCOP will support the Chief of Party in program leadership, and oversee the management of staff and consultants, work plans, and other activity documents. They will support assessments and evaluations, DQAs, CLA events, and oversee the strengthening of MEL capabilities of USAID/Bangladesh staff, local partners, and the Bangladesh Government.
