Hesham is a policy professional and scholar, specialised in change management and institutional reform programs. He worked with/consulted a variety of IOs and IDOs, including GIZ, WHO, UNICEF, UNESCO, USGC, and the Canadian Institutes of Health, as well as government entities including the Egyptian Presidency's Media Office and the Egyptian Cabinet's Information and Decision Support Centre.
