This report examines the impact of 100 Hours to Success. This intervention aimed at helping adolescent men and women living in Morocco’s Oriental region to find employment and improve their financial habits. While training increased the likelihood of maintaining a savings account, it was not indicative of actual savings. Although the intervention had some positive impact, it did not increase labour market participation. There was also no evidence of long-term effects on participants’ belief in their abilities to succeed in specific situations or accomplish tasks.
